We encourage our parents and carers to take an active role in Sandbrook. We like to tap into the varying skills people have. This ranges from helping in the class to a more formal responsibility for eg story telling or weekly library sessions.

For those who wish to go a step further, the nursery offers accredited courses ran by the Belfast Metropolitan College and supported by the schools parent facilitators.
